Before flappy bird taken down, its developer announced that he would take down the game from the Apple App Store and Google Play store.
Above given tweet became sensation and most of the users(flappy bird addicts)installed it on their android or iOS devices so they could enjoy the addictive game even later.
But one such user took a different route altogether and put his iPhone (with Flappy Bird installed) up for auction on eBay. To the surprise, the device pulled in 74 bids and its price jumped to $99,900.
However, eBay later took down the sale of the device and it was removed around mid-day Monday. The item still had six more days left for bidding.
